The following are not covered by this Warranty:

- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or shipping

- Buyer's remorse

- Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Process

 

To initiate a warranty service, contacting Watches of USA is the first step to diagnose the issue and find the most suitable solution.

 

Claim Requirements:

- Defect claims must be submitted within two years from the purchase date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 days of receiving the merchandise.

- Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.

- Watches of USA reserves the right to request that items be sent back to the original warehouse for inspection or to have the inspection conducted by our representative.

- Photographs and a copy of the purchase receipt are required to support claims of defects.

- Valid claims will result in the repair or replacement of the item(s) or part(s), or a credit issuance. Our policy favors part replacement whenever feasible.
